From Bowl to Soul

My bowl obsession is real and no I'm not talking about crockery! Over the last year or so 'buddha bowls' have been all over Instagram and for good reason!! Similar to a poke bowl there aren't any rules for what can go in your bowl making it perfect for when you are trying to get rid of random items in your fridge! I love them because you can experiment with flavours and some how it always all kinda works together so instead of recipes I'm just going to show you all of mine with their ingredients in hopes that they will inspire you!

#1 Falafel, Hummus, Israeli Cous Cous with Pine Nuts, Pickled Red Cabbage, Fried Aubergine Salad, Tahini Dressing 


#2 Salmon Sashimi, Seaweed Salad, Broccoli, Edamame, Spinach, Sesame Dressing 




#3 Satay Tofu, Brown Rice, Edamame, Miso Aubergine Cubes, Sesame Broccoli 



#4 Falafal, Hummus, Quinoa with Parsley, Pine Nuts and Halloumi, Grilled Courgettes, Homemade GF Za'atar Flatbread 



#5 Avocado with Seeds, GF crackers, Hummus, Spinach Falafel, Broccoli, Courgette, Spinach and Edamame with Sesame Dressing 


#6 Falafel, Lambs Lettuce, Aubergine Salad, Hummus, Miso Mushrooms, Israeli Cous Cous with Feta, Pine Nuts, Spring Onions with a Maple/Mustard Dressing
